We want you to be delighted with your order, but occasionally something may go wrong and you need to return an item for exchange or a refund.
Some items like Special Orders or dated products are non-returnable
Please be aware that any goods for return must be in a resellable condition and in the original undamaged packaging. This does not apply to faulty goods which will be replaced or refunded as necessary.
In the event you need to return an item please contact our Customer Care team on 0161 430 0222 between 9 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday within 5 days of delivery and we will be only too happy to help.
Goods cannot be returned without a collection or returns note issued by ourselves. Non faulty goods returned after seven days will be subject to a handling/carriage charge. Any goods older that fifteen days will not be liable for a return/credit. Returns will not be credited until they have been inspected and accepted for credit
